Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources (Bilingual Spa/Eng)
Location: Miami, FL
Reports to: Executive Management
Mission:
Lead the strategic management of the Company's human talent, aligning organizational goals with the HR processes and strategies across various subsystems. Develop policies, methodologies, and procedures to ensure the attraction, retention, compensation, and development of top talent, fostering a high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement the human talent management model according to the organization’s strategic plan.
- Lead the planning of Human Resources processes, ensuring agility and efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with the Company’s needs, through purpose-driven, value-based, and efficient selection processes.
- Propose and evaluate HR policies that impact the organization’s growth and alignment with strategic goals.
- Direct the total compensation strategy for all Company employees, ensuring competitiveness in the market.

Requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology or related
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related (preferable)
- Recent 3 to 5 years in a Human Resources Management or Vice President role within the financial services sector, ideally in Miami, FL.
- Financial Services Industry experience (required)
- Language: Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
- Strong knowledge of South Florida labor markets.
- Experience in employee performance evaluations (scorecard methodology)
- Design of variable remuneration schemes and total compensation structures.
- Organizational structure design and talent acquisition within the local market.
- Deep understanding of U.S. and Florida labor laws.
